Position Overview As a Portable Building Sales Consultant, you’ll be the primary point of contact for our customers, helping them choose from our range of sheds, gazebos, dog kennels, and other portable structures. This position demands excellent communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the flexibility to engage with clients through various channels, including in-person visits, phone calls, and online messages. Your ultimate goal is to consistently deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities Customer Engagement :

Interact with customers via in-person visits, phone, email, text, and social media platforms.

Sales Performance :

Utilize product knowledge and consultative selling techniques to guide customer decisions and close sales.

Lot Management :

Maintain a clean, organized, and professional sales lot presentation.

Team Collaboration :

Coordinate with purchasing, permitting, and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.

Community Outreach :

Represent the company at local events and build relationships that support long-term business growth. What We Offer Compensation :

Base hourly wage + uncapped commissions Typical annual earnings range from $50,000 to $75,000+ depending on performance
