- Understands the terminology of the automobile business and keeps abreast of changes in product technology, incoming inventory, features, accessories etc.
- Approaches and greets any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot.
- Prospecting new customers through social media, networking, e-mail, and phone.
- Engage with customers and listen carefully to understand their car buying needs and provide tailored recommendations. Must possess the ability to ask for the sale.
- Showcase our inventory through personalized presentations and high-quality professional demonstrations of vehicles and test drives and emphasize the unique features of each vehicle.
- Follow up with prospective customers and return email/voicemail daily.
- Maintain knowledge of the automotive market trends, pricing, and financing options to effectively advise clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Process transactions, ensuring accurate documentation and seamless purchasing experience for clients.
