Table:
A current, active network of commercial construction buyers (developers, owners, architects, PMs, property managers, etc.) 5+ years selling GC services in the Florida market (bonus if you’ve sold in Naples, or Fort Myers areas) Ability to generate $2M•3M+ in project sales annually within your first year Understanding of design-build, ground-up, and renovation scopes Hustle, autonomy, and zero need for hand-holding Ability to speak Spanish is an asset but not required
