DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic professional to join a leading healthcare network as a Lead Business Development Represen tative . This individual will serve as the lead for a key service line or Center of Excellence (COE), driving business development initiatives and managing high-impact growth strategies across designated territories. The role plays a pivotal function in building relationships with both new and established healthcare providers to increase patient referrals and promote organizational offerings. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing market strategies, engaging with physician groups, and collaborating with internal and external partners to increase brand awareness and patient volume within the region.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead strategic growth initiatives across assigned service lines and territories. Serve as the subject matter expert on a designated product/service line. Develop, execute, and monitor targeted market plans to increase patient referrals. Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities and markets. Act as a primary liaison between external referral sources and internal stakeholders. Build and sustain long-term professional relationships with physicians and healthcare providers. Partner with internal departments to align strategies and priorities. Deliver educational outreach and engagement sessions with key partners. Analyze data to assess performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly. Represent the organization at industry events and internal quarterly meetings (requires travel to Miami).

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration, Business, or related field required. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in healthcare business development. At least 2 years in a strategic growth or physician liaison role with a record of meeting goals. (Established network of Physicians/hospitals) Proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels, including C-suite. Strong project management and strategic planning skills. Results-driven with a proactive, collaborative mindset. Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
