Role & Responsibilities Title:
Federal Contracting Sales Consultant Reports to: Regional VP
- Conduct outbound sales via door-to-door, digital outreach, and networking
- Deliver product demonstrations and educate business owners on Helium’s services
- Maintain and grow a personal sales pipeline
- Attend training, team meetings, and strategy calls
- Track leads and conversions using our CRM system
- Represent Helium at trade shows and small business events (as needed) ⸻ ???? Compensation
Commission:
30% of gross sale
Examples:
- $2,500 package = $750 commission
- $3,995 package = $1,198 commission
- $7,500 package = $2,250 commission
- $15,000 package = $4,500 commission
- Monthly bonuses for hitting/exceeding sales goals
- Uncapped income

- Monthly quota: $15,000+ in sales
- Annual goal: Help Helium close 30 new clients by the end of 2025

The Ideal Candidate:
- Driven, reliable, and comfortable working commission-only
- Experience in B2B sales, field sales, or working with contractors/trade owners
