Coffee Truck Operator Haymaker Coffee Company 25 North Market Street, Jacksonville, FL 32202 Coffee Truck Operator Job Description Haymaker Coffee Company is looking for a Coffee Truck Operator that embraces their culture and spirit of hustle and hard work to achieve the American Dream! This Coffee Truck Operator will help oversee coffee truck operations, be a trusted and safe driver of our state of the art coffee truck, and be able to learn and cover front of house Clover POS cash register operations and back of house barista operations for AM or PM shifts every weekend. Ideal candidate must be dependable with excellent driving record and clean background check. Coffee Truck Operator Requirements Consistently deliver outstanding customer service, be on time or early and dependable Identify and help optimize locations for coffee truck deployment Drive, stock, and ensure truck cleanliness Daily supervision of hourly team members as needed, providing feedback and support in a timely manner Drive sales growth through operational excellence and outstanding representation of the Haymaker Coffee Brand Deliver great profitability and customer experience Coffee Truck Operator Qualifications MUST BE customer service oriented, dependable and have a positive attitude MUST have driver license, a clean driving record and ability to drive large 20′ coffee truck Self-starter who can operate independently to deliver hands-on leadership and service in a coffee/food truck environment Available to work every weekend Saturday 7am-5pm and Sunday 7am-noon Experience driving heavy equipment, large truck or van, RV, or tow behind trailer is a plus.

Additional requirements:

Coffee shop or food truck experience a plus but not required ServSafe food safety certification a plus Work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment Fast learner, able to problem solve and perform quick basic math calculations Accept payments and operate Clover point of sale system Must be team-oriented, adaptable, and dependable Must communicate effectively with people of all ages Able to lift 25 lbs and comfortable working full shift on your feet Drug free and have a clean background check
