We are seeking a results-oriented Debt Settlement Consultant to engage with warm prospective clients, providing expert guidance on debt resolution. In this role, you will conduct detailed credit consultations, effectively enroll clients into appropriate programs, and meticulously manage your lead pipeline using our CRM. Success hinges on your ability to meet daily metrics and monthly sales targets, maintain compliance, and cultivate strong, lasting relationships with clients. Ideal candidates will possess a minimum of 3 years of continuous sales experience, preferably in debt resolution, and demonstrate exceptional communication and closing skills.
Location:
In-office (leading to hybrid after 90 days with excellent performance)
Schedule:
Full-time, 40-hour work week (8 hours/day, 1 night shift/week 12p-9p). Requirements:
What You’ll Do Work with warm, interested prospective clients, handling incoming calls and emails in a professional and concise manner. Conduct credit consultations and educate clients on various financial solutions to resolve their debt. Enroll clients into debt resolution programs, adapting your presentation to match their unique needs. Schedule appointments and manage your lead pipeline using our streamlined CRM to maximize consulting and sales opportunities. Meet daily metrics and monthly sales targets, maintaining up-to-date note logs and adhering to all internal and industry compliance regulations. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, developing sales strategies for each account. Participate actively in team meetings and contribute to our collaborative environment.
Who We’re Looking For Experienced Sales Professional:
Minimum of 3 years of continuous sales experience, with a strong track record of success and top-ranking sales performance in a commissioned sales environment.
Debt Resolution/Settlement Expertise:
Debt Resolution/Settlement sales experience is preferred Credit and/or Lending experience is a plus.
Effective Closer:
Driven, persuasive, and highly skilled at handling direct mail lead types.
Exceptional Communicator:
Strong verbal and written communication abilities are essential. English/Spanish Bilingual is a plus.
Empathetic & Relationship-Oriented:
You connect quickly with others, appreciate building relationships, and genuinely enjoy helping people.
Organized Multitasker:
You excel under pressure, can manage multiple people with differing needs, and maintain strong organization and time management skills.
Tech-Savvy:
Proficient in basic computer skills and Microsoft/Google programs. Ability to quickly adapt to new systems/workflows. Familiarity with Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics/D365 is preferred.
Analytical Thinker:
Ability to analyze credit reports and factors.

Education:
