Key Responsibilities:
Sales development: Participate in the 50/50 Program to build relationships with customers, generate leads, and drive sales results Training and mentorship: Engage in a comprehensive two-year training program, receive a detailed training plan, and work one-on-one with a dedicated sales mentor
