We’re seeking an

EXPERIENCED

sales professional with a proven track record of closing $5,000+ deals in a consultative selling environment. This is NOT an entry-level position. Revolution Chiropractic in Jacksonville, FL requires a talented sales executive who can guide patients through significant healthcare investment decisions while maintaining 30%+ closing ratios. Only candidates with documented B2B or high-value consultative sales experience will be considered.

THIS IS A HIGH-TICKET CONSULTATIVE SALES POSITION

This role focuses on helping patients understand and commit to valuable treatment options not typically covered by insurance. Your expertise in overcoming financial objections and building value for $8,000•10,000 treatment plans is essential to success in this position. This is not a retail, food service, or hospitality position.

THE ROLE

SALES WITH PURPOSE

As our Sales Executive, you will: Conduct consultative sales presentations for high-value patient treatment plans Manage the entire sales cycle from lead to closing Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and conversion ratios Address complex objections related to insurance coverage and financial investments Guide patients through significant healthcare investment decisions Maintain detailed documentation of sales activities and results Develop and implement effective follow-up strategies for prospects Work collaboratively with our clinical team

SCHEDULE
Monday:

8:00 AM•6:30 PM (with 1-hour unpaid lunch break)

Tuesday:

8:00 AM•6:30 PM (with 1-hour unpaid lunch break)

Wednesday:

9:00 AM•7:00 PM (with 1-hour unpaid lunch break)

Thursday:

8:00 AM•6:30 PM (with 1-hour unpaid lunch break)

Friday:

As needed Occasional weekend events with advance notice The base schedule is 37.5 hours per week (Monday through Thursday), with additional hours as needed for Fridays and occasional weekend events.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR SUCCESS

3+ years of proven B2B or consultative sales experience with high-ticket items ($5k+) Documented history of meeting or exceeding sales targets Experience handling complex financial objections Ability to communicate technical/medical information in accessible terms Self-motivated with strong closing skills Background in healthcare sales preferred but not required CRM experience and excellent documentation habits
