Inside Sales Team Supply Company Jacksonville, FL 32258 Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective communication and relationship-building with potential clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical sales skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Generates revenue by soliciting and obtaining orders, understanding and interpreting technical requirements, providing technical information, and developing accounts. Develops sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts, soliciting new accounts, building rapport, providing technical information and explanations, and preparing quotations. Services existing accounts, obtains orders and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on local existing or potential sales accounts. Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports and making recommendations to management. Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature. Maintains price lists and customer information in current system. Fills orders by transferring orders to fulfillment, communicating expected delivery date, and explaining stock-outs. Develops accounts by checking customer’s buying history, suggesting related and new items, and explaining technical features. Make cold calls or perform warm outreach. Maintains and improves quality results by following standards and recommending improved policies and procedures. Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions and participating in educational opportunities. Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Accomplishes department and organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests.
