As a rapidly growing home infusion company, we’re excited to launch a new location in Jacksonville, Florida , and we’re looking for a motivated, innovative Nurse Account Executive to drive growth and make a meaningful impact. This unique role blends clinical expertise with business development , making it ideal for a nurse who thrives in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment. As a Nurse Account Executive, you will build and maintain relationships with hospitals, physician offices, and medical clinics to generate referrals for therapies including antibiotics, IVIG, biologics, and Alpha-1 treatments . You’ll play a vital role in shaping our success—identifying new opportunities, applying strategic sales approaches, and representing our commitment to exceptional patient care . Responsibilities include:

Maintain consistent customer relations for all targeted clients. Educate patients on infusion services Cultivate new referral sources through prospecting and cold calling. Follow & Implement creative Vital Care promotional sales campaigns and target marketing planning to increase market visibility for the brand. Develop collaborative working relationships with all pharmaceutical counterparts and their respective therapeutic classes. Collaborate with pharmacy operations personnel on a regular basis to ensure a proper flow of information between referral sources, patients, and the pharmacy. Execute all target sales and marketing plans and strategies with appropriate attention to detail and timely follow-up. Be responsible for achieving targeted sales goals on a monthly and quarterly basis.

As a nurse, you should have a strong background and understanding of medical terminology, procedures, and patient care. This knowledge will enable you to effectively communicate with healthcare professionals, understand their needs, and offer appropriate solutions.
