Negotiation Full Job Description What You’ll Do:
Prospect, develop, and manage relationships with contractors, developers, and construction firms in the deep foundation and pile driving space Provide solutions and sell new and used pile driving equipment, hydraulic hammers, vibratory drivers/extractors, drill rigs, and supporting gear Maintain an in-depth knowledge of industry trends and equipment specs Visit job sites to assess customer needs and provide on-site demonstrations Collaborate with service, parts, and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the company’s market growth
What We’re Looking For:
Proven sales experience, ideally in construction equipment or a related industry Familiarity with pile driving, deep foundations, or heavy civil construction is a major plus Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of heavy machinery Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a sales territory Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regionally
