Responsibilities:

Conduct territory sales visits offering our water restoration services. Follow up with current customers to offer established solutions to their plumbing or water problems. Meet weekly sales objectives. Use established pricing matrix and/or insurance guidelines to quote repair/replacement options/solutions and close the sale. Effectively use provided company technology to upload photographic documentation for each job site visited into appropriate applications. Be a trusted informational resource for Roto-Rooter customers.

Requirements:

A valid driver’s license. Sales experience is strongly desired, but not required. Strong customer service focus. Able to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Working knowledge of smart devices, applications, and Microsoft Office. Familiarity with Xactimate, Ridgid, and SalesForce is desired, but not required. Plumbing experience or knowledge is not necessary. Ability to independently problem solve, resolve conflict, and manage priorities.
