Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and closing sales to achieve revenue targets.

Duties:

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
• Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals with customers to meet sales goals.
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide solutions.
• Maintain positive business relationships to ensure future sales.

Skills:

• Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to analyze customer needs effectively.
• Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus.
• Fluency in Spanish is advantageous for engaging with a diverse customer base.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and drive business development initiatives.
• Experience in outside sales or technical sales is desirable.
