• Job Summary:

• We are seeking a dynamic Outside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting sales goals, and maintaining customer satisfaction. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales. Take control of your earning by being paid TWICE on one job.

• Responsibilities:

• Canvass neighborhoods to generate leads for Painting & Stucco projects
• Identify potential customers and establish relationships
• Quote customers on the pricing of certain projects and get service agreements signed
• Be able to build rapport with customers
• Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
• Communicate efficiently with leads and clients alike
• Manage the CRM efficiently

• Qualifications:

• Proven work experience as an Outside Sales Representative or similar role
• Demonstrated ability in technical sales, account management, customer service, and negotiation
• Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques
• Fluency in Spanish is an advantage for engaging with a diverse customer base
