Responsibilities Lead daily sales consultations —both in-person and over the phone—to enroll new members into our high-impact coaching program. Build strong client relationships by understanding customer needs, offering personalized solutions, and providing ongoing support that drives satisfaction and loyalty. Drive growth through strategic upselling of coaching services, sponsorship opportunities, and related products that add value and increase revenue. Own your sales performance by maintaining consistent personal activity, cold calling for new leads, and modeling best practices for others. Negotiate and close sales with confidence, ensuring every transaction is a win-win that strengthens long-term client relationships. Participate in regular training and mentorship , stay sharp on product knowledge, and take part in performance reviews that pave the way for promotion.
