Your Role:
As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll be on the front lines of growing our retail footprint. This is a hybrid role that blends sales, relationship building, and merchandising. You’ll be responsible for driving sell-through and expanding our retail network by connecting with smoke shops, wellness retailers, convenience stores, and more. This is a great opportunity for someone early to mid-career in sales who’s ready to take ownership, work independently in the field, and grow within a fast-paced and evolving industry.
Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities with retail accounts across the New Jersey territory Introduce and sell our product lines to prospective retailers through in-person visits, outreach, and follow-ups Merchandise products in-store, ensuring displays are well-stocked, visually appealing, and aligned with brand standards Educate retail staff on product benefits and usage to support sell-through and build brand advocacy Maintain strong relationships with existing accounts, checking in regularly to support reorders and resolve issues Collect and share market feedback and insights with internal teams to help inform strategy Participate in occasional retail activations and industry events to increase visibility and awareness of The Pack Labs brands Track activities and customer engagement through CRM and other internal tools
Who We’re Looking For:
1•3 years of experience in sales, account management, field marketing, or merchandising•ideally in cannabis, beverage, or CPG Comfortable working independently in the field and managing your own schedule Strong communicator with a professional presence and natural relationship-building skills Detail-oriented and organized, especially when it comes to in-store merchandising and inventory tracking Passionate about the cannabis space, with a willingness to learn and grow with the industry Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
Compensation and Benefits:
