Handle all administrative duties to support the Sales team, including sales presentations, shipping product samples and various reporting. Pricing Management responsibilities Enter, maintain, and validate all product and customer pricing files. Work closely with Sales team ensuring the implementation of product price changes. Validate sales order pricing.

Marketing Support responsibilities:

Craft and maintain product content. Initiate requests including sales sheets, photography, and various sales collaterals from internal Graphics team. Assist in proofing all marketing materials including packaging, catalogs, etc. Audit internal and external website content for accuracy and consistency.

Tradeshow/Event Support responsibilities:

Work closely with Marketing Management team to meet all event deadlines and needs. Coordinate and implement all booth logistics, including booth services, maintenance, shipping of booth, and arranging travel and accommodations of staff, and other applicable duties as required. Attend, assist, or arrange logistics for booth set up and dismantling, act as on-site point of contact for event and interface with show attendees.
