Requirements:
- Proven sales experience, mandatory B2B (Business-to-Business).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple accounts, and consistently meet or exceed sales goals.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory.
- Bilingual proficiency required (English and Spanish preferred).
- Mandatory to have an SUV or Pickup Truck for business travel.
Plus:
Experience managing relationships with construction, design, or remodeling companies is highly valued.
Pay Rate:
$45 to $50 per hour
Car Allowance:
$1,000.00 per month
Commission:
3% on sales
