Sales Associates Internet Sales Representatives BDC (Business Development Center) Specialists Sales Position Responsibilities As a Sales Executive at Ultimate Motor Cars, you’ll be a frontline ambassador of our brand, responsible for: Engaging walk-in and online customers , understanding their needs and guiding them through the vehicle purchase process Conducting test drives , highlighting features and value Maintaining knowledge of current inventory, promotions, and finance options Following up with leads and managing CRM activity to drive appointments and sales Collaborating with office, title, and finance teams to ensure a seamless customer experience Assisting with dealership events and contributing to a positive team culture

Ideal Sales Candidates Will Have :

Experience in automotive, retail, or phone-based sales (preferred, not required) Strong communication and closing skills Ability to build rapport and handle objections professionally Comfortable with digital tools and CRM platforms A competitive spirit and goal-driven mindset Reliable, professional, and eager to learn Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
