Inside Sales Customer Service Representative Job Summary:

Local Glass Shop is looking for a motivated and results-driven inside sales representative. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for speaking to customers in person and on the phone, inputting glass orders, handling issues that arise with customers along with other tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for sales to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Understanding processes and knowing how to calculate measurements/fractions is an absolute necessity.
• You should be able to build a positive professional relationship with the customer base.

We pride ourselves in the level of customer service we provide to our customers. This is what makes us Superior! Training will be provided to the correct individual, but preference to those that may have experience in Smart Builder, GlassTrax or any flat glass experience.

Schedule:

Monday

• Friday; 8AM
• 5PM #1601

Duties:

• Reading customers drawing and using software to recreate shop drawings
• Build and maintain relationships with customers through effective communication
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve company goals
• Data Entry to include order/quote entry, managing files, and updating paperwork etc.
• Speaking to customers via phone, in person, emails etc.
• Working with customers and troubleshooting issues as they arise

Experience:

• Experience is a plus, but we will train you.
• Strong ability to communicate effectively over the phone
• Previous experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred
• Data Entry is a plus

Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in using Microsoft application and similar tools
• Self motivated with a results-oriented mindset
• Proficient in basic math skills including fractions and decimals
• Ability to read a measuring tape
• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
