Sales Agent & Rental Car Operations (PNS Airport) 1.0 1.0 out of 5 stars 2430 Airport Boulevard, Pensacola, FL 32504 American Rent A Car is expanding, and we’re looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our Sales and Customer Satisfaction Team! Our priority is to deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a quick and efficient rental experience for every guest. This is where you come in!

• Please note that previous sales experience is required for this position.
• As a member of our team, your responsibilities will include:
• Making outbound calls to confirm customer reservations.
• Accurately entering customer information into the reservation system (e.g., address, driver’s license details, insurance information).
• Verifying rental qualifications, such as inbound/outbound flight itineraries and insurance coverage.
• Confirming customer insurance details.
• Presenting optional up-sell packages to enhance the customer’s rental.
• Preparing rental agreements and assigning vehicles to customers.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including tasks like taking out the garbage and regularly wiping down surfaces in the front counter and back office. We’re looking for candidates who possess:
• A consistently positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Genuine care for customer satisfaction.
• A proactive and solution-oriented approach.
• Prior customer service experience (preferred).
• A strong desire to learn and achieve success.
• The ability to think creatively and solve problems with a customer-focused mindset.
• Experience in rental car, storage, or truck rental (a plus).
