B2B Sales Representative – Commercial Cleaning Equipment Cigar City Softwash Supply Spring Hill, FL 34609 • Hybrid work
Position Overview:
Looking to join a hungry sales team in a fast growing industry? Cigar City Softwash is a pressure washing equipment company looking for a highly motivated sales representative to assist our company in closing sales for commercial grade pressure washing equipment. Our ideal candidate has experience in equipment sales, and knowledge of the pressure washing / commercial cleaning industry, and can demonstrate an ability to pursue and close sales. Candidates with or without prior experience in pressure washing or commercial cleaning are encouraged to apply, especially if you have experience selling industrial equipment, janitorial products, commercial vehicles, lawncare equipment, etc. Hybrid Role – Up to 2 days per week offsite after 90 days. Full Time Position, 40 Hours per Week Monday through Friday with Flexible Scheduling $14/Hour + 5% commission on all sales with no cap.
Primary Responsibilities:
Communicating with customers via different routes including phone (cold/warm calling), email, social media, etc. Identify and pursue sales opportunities for pressure washing / softwashing trailers, skids, machines, and equipment. Generate quality leads. Provide in-store service and answer customer questions. Provide after-sales service and technical support. Conduct product demonstrations. Upsell customers on cleaning equipment and chemicals. Maintain professional relationships with clients and potential customers. Regularly reach out to customers / leads with upsell opportunities. Provide post-purchase support. Assist team members with equipment walkthroughs. Collaborate with the marketing department. Ability to travel and attend trade shows (all expenses paid).
Qualifications:
Sales experience. High school diploma or equivalent. Effective communication skills to interact with customers and team members. Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving industry standards and technologies. Ability to lift and operate equipment for demonstrative purposes. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
