Duties Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and maximize revenue. Manage existing accounts while seeking opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and identify growth opportunities. Collaborate with marketing teams to align promotional efforts with sales initiatives. Provide training and support to junior sales staff as needed. Experience Proven experience in direct sales. Strong background in lead generation techniques and strategies. Familiarity with technical sales processes is highly desirable.
