Overview We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Manager in Training to join our team. This role is designed for individuals looking to develop their management skills in a dynamic environment. As a Manager in Training, you will gain hands-on experience in operations, team leadership, and customer service, preparing you for a successful career in management. Responsibilities Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve regional sales goals. Hire, train, and maintain a strong and motivated sales team. Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to enhance performance. Execute product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to potential clients. Engage in cold calling to generate new leads and build relationships with prospective customers. Foster strong customer service practices to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives. Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to adapt strategies accordingly.

PREFERRED

Requirements Proven experience in territory sales management or similar roles. Strong skills in business development and outside sales techniques. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients. Experience with software tools that enhance sales processes and customer relationship management. Ability to conduct engaging product demos that highlight key selling points. A customer-centric approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

CONTRACT PAY SCALE

$250.00 per contract . $350.00 if at an of average of 8 in rolling 4 week period, the pay will be per contract plus commission.

TIER BONUS

EXTRA $300.00 for 3 contracts per week at 5 contracts, you will receive total of $500.00. At 10 contracts per week, you will receive a total of $1,000.00 per contract in addition to commissions.
