Full Job Description Job Brief:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative & Sales Coordinator to join our team in a dual-support role. This position is essential to maintaining smooth day-to-day office operations while also playing a key part in supporting our sales team and customer service functions. The ideal candidate will be organized, communicative, and customer-focused, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and contribute to both administrative tasks and sales-driven initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
Manage general office operations including filing, supplies, and maintaining an organized front office environment Perform accurate data entry and maintain digital and physical records Support internal staff with scheduling, documentation, and communications Assist with basic accounting or logistics tasks as needed
Sales Coordination:
Provide direct support to the sales team by assisting with order entry, quote generation, and follow-ups, and order processing Communicate with customers regarding order status, product availability, and shipping updates Maintain CRM data and ensure all lead, account, and order information is current and accurate Coordinate logistics and fulfillment details with customers and warehouses Review open orders and resolve issues related to delays or customer inquiries Support the rollout of new products and communicate updates to the sales team Assist in preparing sales reports and identifying trends or process improvements
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in administrative or sales support preferred (but not required) Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel Excellent written and verbal communication skills Highly organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and a customer-first mindset Familiarity with CRM or ERP platforms (SAP Business One or similar) is a strong plus Experience with cloud-based platforms and collaborative tools preferred
