You’ll be the first point of contact for customers reaching out online or by phone. Your job is to follow up with leads, schedule appointments, and help drive traffic to our showroom.
Key Responsibilities:
Call, text, and email leads to generate interest and schedule appointments. Follow up consistently with potential customers to keep them engaged. Log all customer interactions in the CRM system. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth customer transitions. Meet daily and weekly goals for calls, follow-ups, and set appointments.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in customer service, sales, or call center preferred. Friendly and professional communication skills. Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
Tech-savvy:
comfortable using a CRM, texting platform, and email. Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
