Key Responsibilities:
Engage with high-value clients, providing a premium customer experience. Identify client needs and recommend tailored solutions from our custom automotive offerings. Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our products, services, and the luxury automotive market. Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals. Handle inquiries, follow up on leads, and close sales effectively. Collaborate with the production team to ensure customer expectations are met.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales (preferably in the luxury automotive, custom vehicle, or related industries). Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction. Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in orders and communication. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to client demands. A passion for automobiles and custom builds is a plus!
