Position Overview:
As a Door-to-Door Sales Representative, you’ll be the face of our company in residential neighborhoods and local communities. Your primary responsibility will be to generate leads, promote our moving services, and convert potential customers into scheduled moves. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys meeting new people, thrives in an active outdoor setting, and is driven by results.
Key Responsibilities:
Canvass assigned neighborhoods and local areas to promote our moving services. Build rapport quickly with potential customers and effectively communicate our value proposition. Educate prospects on services offered, pricing, and booking process. Schedule consultations or in-home estimates with interested clients. Track daily activity, leads, and conversions using company CRM tools. Follow up with leads to close sales and answer any questions. Maintain a professional appearance and represent the brand with integrity and enthusiasm. Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in door-to-door sales, direct sales, or customer service is a plus (but not required). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and self-disciplined. Comfortable working independently in various weather conditions. Ability to walk and stand for extended periods. Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license. Knowledge of the moving industry is a bonus, but not required—we provide full training.
