What You’ll Do:

As an Inside Sales & Customer Service Rep, you’ll be the go-to person for customers needing metal products and expert advice.

Your day-to-day includes:

Responding to phone, email, and walk-in inquiries Providing quotes, processing orders, and following up on sales Helping customers select the right metal products for their needs Coordinating with the warehouse to ensure timely delivery or pickup Solving customer issues quickly and professionally Building relationships with new and existing customers

What You Bring:

Sales or customer service experience (1-2 years preferred)

Bonus:

experience in metals, construction, or manufacturing Strong communication and problem-solving skills Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask Comfortable using computers and learning new systems A positive attitude and team-first mindset
