We’re looking for a friendly, customer-focused Front Counter Sales Representative to be the face of our business. What We’re Looking For:

• Bilingual/ Spanish Speaking.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and retain product knowledge.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Team player with a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
• Experience with inside sales, order processing and a background in the construction field is a plus.
• Knowledge of Building Materials is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers with a friendly “Hello” and acknowledge them even when busy.
• Drive sales by calling customers, building relationships and finding new business opportunities.
• Process sales orders, bids, and payments while ensuring accuracy in delivery details.
• Check customer accounts and AR terms before processing transactions.
• Organize customer orders for timely delivery and coordinate with the warehouse.
• Assist in upselling products by informing customers of additional materials they may need.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Learn and understand FSM’s product lines, including screen, soffit and fascia, carports, handrails, fasteners, and more.
• Educate customers on product differences and high-quality materials FSM offers.
• Handle product returns, damage reports, and branch transfers professionally. Why Join Us?
