Watermelon Swim is hiring an I nside Sales Representative to help families sign up for life-saving swim lessons. No cold calls —just warm leads and a chance to build real connections! Here’s what you’ll do: Connect with Families – Connect with potential clients and nurture warm leads through phone calls and email. Close Deals – Follow up on leads and use your exceptional sales and communication skills to enroll families in life-saving swim lessons.

What We’re Looking For:
Previous sales experience Comfortable with multi-line phones and Microsoft Office (Outlook/Word) Ability to stay organized and work in a fast-paced environment Must be 18+
