Onsite | Monday-Friday | 8 AM – 5 PM A growing team is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to focus on lead generation and account management. This role requires a high volume of outbound calls and strong relationship-building skills. The ideal candidate has experience in manufacturing, logistics, or a technical sales environment and is comfortable working in a structured office setting.
Responsibilities:
Engage in phone-based lead generation and account management
Manage and track leads in CRM (Dynamics 365)
Work with businesses of all sizes, from small shops to major corporations
Build relationships and upsell packaging solutions
Collaborate with sales leadership to maximize growth opportunities
Qualifications:
Hunter mentality with a proactive approach to sales
Experience in sales within manufacturing, logistics, or a technical industry
Strong communication skills and professionalism in an office environment
Open to feedback and coaching to improve performance
Compensation & Benefits:
Base salary: $55,000 – $66,000
