As we expand across Tampa with mobile services, our detail studio and a new Signature Detail Experience location. What You’ll Do:
Sell high-end detailing, ceramic coatings, paint protection film (PPF), window tint, and mobile service packages Manage and convert inbound leads into booked appointments Prospect new partnerships with dealerships, country clubs, and real estate professionals Follow up via text, email and calls consistently and build / maintain relationships with clients Maintain and track leads, revenue, and pipeline in CRM Collaborate with the team to deliver a 5-star experience — from sale to service What You’ll Be Selling Premium Detail Packages ($150•450+) Ceramic Coatings (starting at $800+) Paint Protection Film (PPF•$1,500 to $6,000+) Window Tinting / Windshield Protection Mobile Detailing Plans (VIP routes + recurring) Lifestyle Services B2B + Fleet Partnerships (dealerships, condos, real estate pros)
What You’ll Earn Base Salary:
$2,500/month
Commission:
8•15% based on sales performance
Bonuses:
$500•1,000/month for ceramic, PPF, and fleet deals
Residuals:
3% on managed VIP/Fleet recurring accounts
On-Target Earnings:
