JOB DESCRIPTION

– Sales Representative – Tampa, Orlando, Sarasota, Bradenton areas. Drive sales in a geographical region with an established customer base in line with the company’s sales team goals. To grow and develop existing customer relationships while also searching out new business through cold calling, customer visits, and prospecting. Responsibilities Drive new and recurring business, in the assigned territory, to meet or exceed assigned quotas. Understand prospective and existing customer needs and provide ideas and solutions to meet those needs. Foster and develop relationships to maximize sales growth and long-term business relationships through effective account management. Build and ultimately manage/grow a large book of business. Qualifications

• 1-2 years of demonstrated experience and results with route-based sales, cold-calling/prospecting for new business, and growing existing accounts through account management strongly preferred.
• Energetic, results-oriented and driven with a strong will to succeed.
• Solution selling, opportunity qualification and objection handling skills are necessary.
• Must be a team player with personal accountability who is self-managed, but who also has the ability to be coached and continuously grow.
• Technology proficiency – ability to navigate and understand Excel spreadsheets and basic financial concepts and analysis.
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Route/territory sales experience a plus
• A winning attitude and a drive for success.
• Janitorial sales experience a plus
• Ideally the candidate would reside in the greater Tampa area.
