We are hiring for multiple sales positions, including Inside and Outside Sales. Ideal candidates would have proven experience in high-volume account management and cold calling within the hotel industry.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Build, grow your own book of business from a mix of inbound leads, existing accounts and new business. You will be serving both independent and major national hotel brands, with items including RFID access keycards, wristbands, and associated paraphernalia. Develop a sales pipeline of opportunity, maintaining record of sales activity, requirements and deliverables, revenue potential, and confidence level. Maintain a list of managed accounts in the company CRM, and manage the cadence for re-orders. Create Sales Orders, Quotes, Lead forms, customer support tickets, and artwork requests as needed. Collaborate with cross-departmental teams. Continually assess the market for new or additional business relationships, distribution channels, and product sales opportunities that will lead to an increase in market share and revenue growth by soliciting, participating, and winning RFQs/RFPs.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Undergraduate degree or equivalent, related work experience 2+ years’ experience in business development sales Proven ability to reach and develop relationships with decision-makers Demonstrated success in all aspects of account management. Must be able to work well in a competitive team setting as individual contributor or collaborator. Ability to travel as needed. Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills Goal oriented and excels under pressure. High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and nderstanding of
