Sales Representative – Commercial Construction Position Available In Hillsborough, Florida

Sales – Specialty Commercial Flooring Contractor $80K to $90K Our Opportunity Client offers innovative flooring solutions that include elevated concrete, cellular concrete, underlayment, insulation, and sound mat installation options for multifamily and commercial. The Sales Representative performs various tasks to ensure growth, revenue, and profitability for the region.

Key duties include:

Develop/maintain relationships with and provide technical support general contractors (GC’s), Specialty contractors and renovation specialists. Promote and increase awareness through presentations, phone conversations, and e-mail communications. Conducts cost analysis, estimating expected costs for the project. Prepares and implements a budget based on estimates. Travels to sites to review projects, meet with current and prospective customers.

Ideal candidate should have:

Have 2+ years in sales and new business development. Have 3+ years in commercial construction. Able to quickly build trusted, honest relationships with current and new customers at multiple levels within a business. Quickly take action on customer concerns, investigate situations and recommend solutions.
