You will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment for clients while ensuring their safety and satisfaction during their tanning experience. Your expertise in cosmetology and sales will help drive business growth through effective upselling techniques. Duties Greet clients warmly and provide them with information about tanning services and products. Conduct skin assessments to recommend appropriate tanning options based on individual client needs. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tanning equipment and facilities to ensure a safe environment for all clients. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Upsell additional services and products to enhance the client experience and maximize sales opportunities. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly. Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and best practices in tanning techniques to provide knowledgeable recommendations. Experience Previous experience in cosmetology or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage clients effectively. Proven sales experience with a focus on upselling products or services is highly desirable. Familiarity with cash handling processes and basic financial transactions is essential.
