Comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k), and more Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and experienced Team BDR Supervisor to lead our Business Development Representatives in a player/coach capacity. This role combines outbound sales activities with team leadership, coaching, and performance management responsibilities. As the first-line leader for the BDR team in our Tampa office, you’ll drive productivity, provide mentorship, and foster a high-performance culture aligned with our strategic sales goals. This is an exciting opportunity to make a tangible impact on both individual careers and overall company growth. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in business development, inside sales, or B2B sales. Previous experience in a mentorship or team lead capacity preferred. Strong communication and objection-handling skills over phone and digital platforms. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, ZoomInfo, or related tools. Demonstrated ability to coach and develop sales team members. Goal-oriented, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. High level of professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information. Key Responsibilities Sales & Individual Contribution Execute outbound prospecting via phone, email, and digital outreach to generate qualified sales opportunities. Clearly articulate the value proposition of Activated Insights to prospective clients. Manage leads and contact records in CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and Outreach. Track and maintain accurate records of all prospecting activity. Team Leadership & Coaching Supervise and support a team of BDRs located in the Tampa office. Monitor daily activity, productivity, and conversion metrics. Conduct regular 1:1s, performance check-ins, and provide real-time coaching on messaging and execution. Lead hiring, onboarding, and training efforts for new BDR team members. Partner with Sales and Marketing leadership to implement outreach strategies and support campaigns.
