Job Description:
We are looking for motivated, customer-focused Automotive Sales Consultants to join our growing team. As a Sales Consultant at Reed Nissan, you will be the face of our dealership—helping customers find the right vehicle while providing an outstanding buying experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner. Listen to customer needs and match them with appropriate vehicle options. Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features and benefits. Follow up with prospects and previous customers to build long-term relationships. Work with the finance team to finalize vehicle purchases. Stay current on Nissan models, trims, promotions, and market trends. Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and dealership expectations. Utilize CRM tools to manage leads and schedule appointments.
Qualifications:
Previous automotive sales experience preferred, but not required. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Professional appearance and attitude. Must be self-motivated and goal-driven. Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
