As part of our continued growth, we’re looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our Sales team and play a vital role in generating new opportunities and driving traffic into the showroom.
Job Summary:
As a Sales Business Development Representative , you will be the first point of contact for potential customers. Working within a structured environment, you will respond to inbound inquiries and proactively follow up with leads to set appointments and support the sales team. You will use scripts and proven strategies to engage with customers via phone, text, and email. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment and enjoys being part of a collaborative team. Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) and individuals with previous call center or customer service experience are strongly encouraged to apply. Specific training will be provided to ensure your success.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to all internet, phone, and text inquiries with a professional and customer-focused approach Outbound follow-up to unsold leads, internet inquiries, and previous showroom visitors to generate sales opportunities Set confirmed appointments for the Sales team with prospective buyers Accurately document and update all customer interactions in the CRM system Use scripts and templates to guide communications while personalizing the customer experience Support ongoing lead management and follow-up campaigns Collaborate with Sales and Management teams to track performance and improve conversion rates
Preferred Qualifications:
Bilingual (English/Spanish) – strong verbal and written communication in both languages Previous Call Center, Customer Service, or BDC experience Excellent phone and interpersonal communication skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a desire to succeed Professional demeanor and a team-player attitude Basic computer and CRM software skills (training provided)
