Outside Sales Representative Responsibilities:
Prospect, identify, and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and field visits. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by understanding their business and workforce needs. Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings with hiring managers and decision-makers. Present customized staffing solutions and close business deals with confidence and professionalism. Collaborate closely with internal recruiting teams to ensure clients’ expectations are met and exceeded. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and performance metrics using CRM tools. Stay informed about local market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.
