Job Description The Inside Sales Administrator will support our Outside Sales Representatives by coordinating sales-related activities while promoting customer satisfaction.

Job Duties:

Assists in all functions of the administration team Maintaining compliance with policies and procedures Monitoring and responding to emails from our shared administrator inbox Answering phone calls in a professional and courteous manner Assist in the resolution of order processing problems by working as the liaison person between sales and our customers Loading price data to ensure accurate invoicing Creation and distribution of project submittals Creation and distribution of quotes and contracts

Qualifications and Experience:
