Responsibilities:
Assist clients in selecting and purchasing manufactured homes using strong customer service skills. Apply sales techniques to showcase homes and guide customers through the buying process. Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and management to provide accurate information and address inquiries. Utilize Facebook and other social media platforms to generate leads and promote available homes to attract potential buyers. Demonstrate proficiency in time management with phone calls, emails, and follow-up. Prioritize tasks effectively and meet sales targets.
Ideal Candidate:
