In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, particularly in roofing sales. Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation and market research. Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients. Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring profitability for the company. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to effectively position products. Participate in trade shows, networking events, and other promotional activities to enhance brand visibility. Requirements Proven experience in sales, preferably in the roofing industry. Strong skills in negotiating and closing deals. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients. Ability to manage a territory effectively while prioritizing tasks efficiently. Experience in lead generation techniques and market analysis. A proactive approach to problem-solving with a strong focus on results. Familiarity with CRM software is a plus but not required. A valid driver’s license is necessary.
