Part time – Cashier/Sales Representative Liquor Land of Groveland Inc. Groveland, FL 34736 Summary As a Cashier/Sales Representative, you will be essential in delivering outstanding customer service and facilitating smooth transactions in our retail environment. Your core skills in cash handling, retail sales, and communication will enable you to assist customers effectively while managing the cash register. With premium skills such as bilingual communication and merchandising, you will enhance the shopping experience and support store operations. Your relevant experience in liquor stores will be invaluable as you engage with customers and contribute to a positive shopping atmosphere. Job Requirements Able to lift 50lbs boxes Open and close the store Long hours standing Cash out customers Greet customers Answer phone Make notes of special orders to escalate to the owners Stock shelves and fridge Ability to multi-task: Monitor store, operate cash register, and greet customers Provide recommendation to customers Receive orders Maintain a clean environment – sweeping floors, cleaning windows, breaking down boxes, dusting shelves Ability to work with minimum supervision Qualification Over 21 years of age Spanish as a second language preferred Great customer service Knowledge on different types of liquor Basic computer skills Count money Able to detect and prevent theft Sale experience in the liquor industry Other Information Candidates are required to do a background check and training. Training will be provided by the owners of the day-to-day operations, and/or an online course in selling alcohol for off-premises consumption.
