We are looking for an energetic individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-focused environment. As a Sales Counselor at Freedom Pointe at the Villages, you are held to a high standard. Duties:
1. Meets and exceeds personal sales expectations2. Effectively responds to new inquiries in a timely manner3. Ensures that all prospect inquiries are managed and that timely follow through is maintained in accordance with designated time frames4. Utilizes SalesForce CRM effectively by promptly inputting data and uses the system to manage assigned lead base5. Uses Direct Sales Performance Indicators (DSPI’s) to set goals and diagnose areas of strength and needed improvement6. Generates adequate presentations by effective prospecting. This can include phone outs, referral generation, use of e-mail, home visits, etc.7. Staffs the office to meet business needs which may include evenings, weekends and holidays8. Communicates with key influencers impacting the buying decision9. Participates in marketing events as directed by the Marketing and Sales Director10. Understands and articulately represents all documents related to residency, including Residency Agreement, Disclosure Statement, etc.11. Assumes responsibilities for personal work areas and maintaining areas in a presentable manner12. Implements Extraordinary Impressions best practices in the marketing office and influences hospitality focused environment throughout the community13. Maintains a professional appearance at all times14. Communicates with internal stakeholders including community leadership and other departments as needed regarding any requests for Health Assessments, Suite Renovations, Supply Needs and Move In details.16. Prepares closing documentation and internal communication timely and accurately17. Serves as the primary contact with the future resident regarding move-in dates and details surrounding the move-in
Qualifications:
1. One year of senior living sales experience2. Administrative Associate’s Degree, minimum three years related work experience or high school degree and minimum five years related work experience Many roles in the community may require that we ask about your vaccination status.
