More Sales Representative Responsibilities:

Selling hand tools and machining products to customers in the manufacturing and industrial sectors Responsibilities may include visiting shops, conducting product demos Managing client accounts, and providing technical consultation to support sales growth Make new connections with local companies for business referrals Continually builds product knowledge and refines sales techniques for specific relationship types and verticals Set goals to drive sales and performance of the team Answer customer questions and provide appropriate solutions Maintain performance based on goals and objectives Maintain a customer focus by listening actively and maintaining composure Communicates effectively and professionally with team members and other managers, relaying all information affecting sales, market trends, and conditions, market segment performance and competitive situations.
