WHO
WE ARE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for a few, high-energy, “B2B” (Business to Business) Appointment Setters. This means YOU would be calling warm leads and scheduling meetings and/or calls with hundreds of small business owners and entrepreneurs from across America who need help (launch, grow, and scale) with their New Idea, Business, Brand, or Campaign.

WARM LEADS!
We provide “warm leads” to our “B2B” Sales Associates, who then call and professionally follow up to schedule meetings, calls, and/or Zoom calls with our senior “B2B” Account Executives to showcase our expansive offering of Film, Digital Marketing Services, On•Site Bootcamps, as well as Small Business Coaching & Consulting Services.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
1+ years of related “B2B” Telemarketing, Call Center, or Digital Sales Experience is reuqured.•Recent College Dropouts or College Grads Welcome! •Minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales, prefer those with a background of selling and/or closing small business owners.
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
“B2B” sales experience•calling and connecting with small business owners is DESIRED. You must enjoy calling and talking to our warm leads (small business owners) on the phone, discussing their interest/need, and our associated products and services to fulfill that need. Past experience using a Dialer is a MUST! Past Experience using a CRM, updating leads, and entering progress notes inside CRM is a MUST. Experience using Go High Level CRM is a HUGE PLUS, but not necessary. Excellent customer service and follow-up skills Professional presence, confidence, and eloquence on the phone. Recent College Drop Outs Welcome! Military veterans welcome! Attention to detail and follow up skills are a MUST Positive Mental Attitude (PMA) is a MUST Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options. Willing to work in the office•not remotely.
