Founded in 2000, the Company now operates out of four strategically located service centers in Fort Myers, Naples, Port Charlotte, and Sarasota. The Company has strategic plans to expand further into the Florida market through new locations and developing product categories. Key Responsibilities

• Support store manager in achieving overall store sales and service goals
• Oversee and foster customer relationships with a focus on building loyalty
• Assist customers with their questions and needs, either in person or via the telephone
• Share product knowledge with all team members to help increase store level product knowledge and sales
• Handle cash and other purchasing transactions
• Operate the Point-of-Sale system to retrieve up to date sku information
• Assist purchasing and warehouse teams to ensure inventory is accurate
• Effectively communicate features, benefits, and warranty policy information to customers
• Execute merchandise stocking and display with an eye for store aesthetics Skills and Experience Necessary for Success Delivering value to our customers is key to our culture and the success of our Team Members.

• Experience in a customer facing, dynamic environment
• Mut have working knowledge of automotive refinish products and systems
• Speak and write English (Spanish fluency is strongly preferred)
• Use Microsoft software effectively (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Accurately determine amounts such as discounts, markups, percentages, and gross profit
• Hold team members accountable, inspect work quality and give feedback that positively impacts future behavior
• Familiarity with creating checklists and SOP documentation
• Ability to work a variety of days, evenings, and weekends as needed
• Desire to work in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver’s license Principals only.
